RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The Return & Refund Policy stated below is only applicable to Meadow Computer Sdn Bhd (https://meadowcomputer.com) purchases.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with the receipt.
  • Used or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Meadow Computer Sdn Bhd is not liable for any shipments lost during the return process.
  • Once we inspect and confirm the returned items, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Warranty replacements typically take 3-4 weeks to process after receiving the defective items.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at meadowitonline@gmail.com to receive further instructions before sending anything back.
  2. Return the Item: Send the item back to us as per the instructions provided.

 

Detailed Policy for Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Cancellations:

  • Return or Exchange Requests: Must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exceptions: Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:
    • The item is damaged due to the customer’s actions.
    • The item’s value is significantly reduced due to use.
    • The item is no longer resalable due to time elapsed.
    • Other reasonable grounds exist.

Costs and Responsibility:

  • The party responsible for the issue will bear all related expenses, including round-trip delivery costs.
  • If no return invoice number is provided, processing and refund may be delayed.
  • If an exchange is requested and the item is out of stock, it will be processed as a return.
  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is due to product defects, in which case we cover the round-trip delivery costs.

Refunds:

  • Refunds for credit card payments will be processed by cancelling the transaction; cash refunds are not available.
  • Delivery charge refunds may be issued in cash after purchase finalization.

Cancellations:

  • Purchases can be cancelled before the product is delivered.
  • If cancellation is requested during delivery, it will be treated as a return.
  • Cancellations made after payment will be processed immediately.
  • Cancellations during product preparation will also be processed immediately, but if the product has been dispatched, round-trip delivery charges will apply.
