Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the ORIGINAL packaging and free gifts.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

The item can’t get warranty claim

All Laptop / Desktop / hardware Components is come with Original Manufacturer Warranty, any Accidental Damage is not cover by manufacturer Warranty.What Manufacturer Warranty not covered:– Liquid spilled on or in unit- Drops, falls, and other collisions- Electrical surge- Damaged or broken LCD due to a drop or fall- Damage due to fire- Intentional damage (such as hammer marks)- Normal wear- Cosmetic damage- Theft   *The warranty is void on over clocked components used outside the manufacture’s safe operating parameters.    

*The warranty is void on Graphic Card back warranty stick been tear off or damage due to changing 3rd party Cooling System.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at meadowitonline@gmail.com and send your item to No 5, 7 & 9, Jalan Keembong 22, Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.

Change of Mind Policy 

We do not provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind about an Order, so please choose carefully.

If you wish to return your product, there will be a restocking fee, 30% of the item value for items that have been opened or used. No restocking fee is charged on items with the original seal within 7 days from the date of invoice.

For health and hygiene reasons, earphones and headphones can only be returned due to Change of Mind if the returned item is completely sealed. Thus if you have a change of mind about your purchase, earphones and headphones must be completely unopened and unused to receive a refund. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to No 5, 7 & 9, Jalan Keembong 22, Johor Jaya, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
